Our Sales Process
The relationship between us and the customer begins when the phone is answered. Calls for replacement equipment are given directly to the consultant who will be making the initial visit. We spend a lot of time listening to our customers, discussing their specific issues/concerns, and answering any preliminary questions. Measurements and digital photos of the existing equipment are taken. Once the information has been gathered, we sit down and discuss all the options. We place a special emphasis on finding the right fit for the customer – there is no "cookie-cutter" approach for every circumstance.
